Our team of client care representatives are trained to provide client education and satisfaction. They will always greet you and your pet with a smile and will help to make the appointment process pleasant!
Carrie
Client Care Director
Carrie is a native of Cheektowaga, NY. She graduated from Cheektowaga Central School, and has been a member of the CVH staff since 1996. Carrie spends most of her leisure time with her family, as well as her 3 dogs Cleo, Aurora and Celia Mae.
Kerri
Client Care Trainer
Kerri is from Ithaca, NY and graduated from State University of New York at Cobleskill. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Wildlife Management. Kerri has 2 pet rabbits named Rowan, and Reed, and a lab Mya. Kerri has been on our staff since 2015. She enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family, and friends.

Shannan
Client Care Representative
Shannan joined our staff in 2019. She is from Lancaster, NY. Shannan has a Masters in Students with Disabilities (Education) from Medaille college where she was on the Dean's List. Shannan is an avid Sabres and Bills fan! She has an assortment of animal family members that she spends time with. Her dogs are Max, Dory and Bella along with her cats Ollie, Emile, Neville and Meeko.
